Rajinikanth’s daughter Soundarya had a pre-wedding ceremony which was attended by close family members and friends.
The bride-to-be looked stunning in a blue and gold silk sari while Vishagan Vanangamudi donned a white shirt and a dhoti. Rajinikanth was dressed in a kurta pyjama while his wife Latha was seen in a green sari. Soundarya's elder sister Aishwaryaa and her actor husband Dhanush too was part of the ceremony.
On Monday, Rajinikanth's younger daughter Soundarya confirmed via Twitter that she is getting married again. She is getting married to actor businessman Vishagan Vanangamudi. Soundarya shared a photograph of herself, dressed in a silk saree and gold jewellery and captioned her bridal avatar as # ‘Bride Mode’, ‘One week to go’ and ‘Ved Vishagan Soundarya’.
Southern superstar Rajinikanth and Latha’s younger daughter Soundarya is all set to life afresh with a new life partner. Soundarya, who separated from businessman Ashwin in 2017, is reportedly getting married to actor-businessman Vishagan Vanangamudi on 11th February in Chennai.
The wedding preparation for the high-profile wedding is underway. The sangeet and mehendi ceremony are scheduled to take place on February 9.
Prior to the wedding ceremonies, Rajinikanth will host a pooja at his Poes Garden house for the happy wedding life of the couple. Post the wedding; two parties will be hosted by Latha Rajinikanth and elder daughter Aishwarya R Dhanush.
Recently, Soundarya was spotted at a popular saree store shopping for her wedding trousseau. Soundarya got engaged to Vishagan last year and it was attended by close family members and friends.
Soundarya's first marriage with Ashwin hit the rough patch and they parted ways in 2017. The couple has a three-year-old son named Ved Krishna together. She is presently staying at Rajinikanth's Poes Garden residence.
Talking about Vishagan Vanangamudi, he is also a divorcee, He got divorced from his wife Kanikha Kumaran, who is a magazine editor. Kanikha is now married to producer Varun Manian.
Vishagan, son of businessman Sulur Vanangamudi owns a pharmaceutical company and has also acted in films. He was last seen in a supporting role in ‘Guru Somasundaram’s Vanjagar Ulagam’ directed by Manoj Beedha.
It is rumoured that Vishagan's family is closely related to DMK (Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam).
