Married couple Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim turns proud owner of a luxury car on their first wedding anniversary. The couple purchased a maroon coloured, BMW.

Dipika and Shoaib took a break from work to ring in their first wedding anniversary with their family and close friends in a farmhouse in Alibaug.
Wishing each other on their first anniversary, the couple had posted adorable pictures on social media. Dipika Kakar wrote, "Yesssss its been a year of the most precious day of my life... of being Mrs Dipika Kakar Ibrahim.... and my world has bloomed with love ever since !!! Talking about the changes in their relationship post marriage, Dipika had earlier shared with indianexpress.com, “Yes, definitely there are a lot of changes. The most important part is the feeling of belonging. It’s really beautiful but I don’t know how to define it in words. To be officially together is a great emotion. And I really carry his name with a lot of pride.”
Shoaib too expressed his thoughts, he said, “I really can’t express it in words but there’s a constant happy feeling. Now when you get late at work, you feel bad and want to rush home,”
The couple had an intimate wedding in Bhopal last year followed by a grand reception in Mumbai.
Seven years ago, the couple met on the set of ‘Sasural Simar Ka’, and fell in love. The couple got married as per Muslim rituals at Shoaib’s hometown.
Before the nuptial, Dipika converted to Muslim and she is now known as Faiza Ibrahim. It was Shoaib’s parents’ wish that Dipika gets converted to Islam which the actress accepted happily.
